Planning & Strategy
Where to start with a business plan
What do you want to achieve and is it possible? How soon do you want to get there? Can you afford to do it? How will you involve others, get their buy in? How will you know if it's working?
Be honest about the business, identify the areas of strength and weakness, opportunities for investment and improvement, things that are or could be a potential threat.
Create a rolling plan for the future, a strategy to tackle these areas. You need to be able to set targets against them all, measure progress and forecast how the business plan is performing against them.

We have many years' experience of business planning, knowing where to look, what to look for, how to measure, how to present, how realistic to be.
We have the luxury of not working in your business, so have with that experience the advantage of objectivity, of being able to see from the outside, something that maybe hidden from the inside.
