This month sees the launch of the new website, so welcome to the blog. Here you will find regular posts on topics across the property spectrum, hopefully with some useful insights and observations into the everyday events and challenges that face businesses and individual property people alike.
Property has been a hot potato with the government, and in the press as a result in the last few years, with more and more legislation, and demands and promises of even more, so there will probably never be a short supply of areas for discussion.
I want to offer a spread of different subject areas, but as it is almost impossible to pigeonhole property people into one category, whether landlords, estate agents, lettings agents, sellers, buyers, tenants or new homes developers or just enthusiasts, there will inevitably be some vested interest for most in a number of areas. Many people are active in multiple property verticals, or have plans to be, and having a 360-degree view of the property world is beneficial to most.
